Our work is made-to-order and ships out within 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships. Please email us at email@example.com if your purchase is time-sensitive. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests.
Locally, studio pickup is available free of charge. Please select that option on the shipping page at checkout and we will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up at our studio.

returns / exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds. You are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. Exchanges must be pre-approved via email and shipped within 3 days of confirmation. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Appropriate insurance is recommended for all return packages. We recommend spot cleaning only for all our goods. All of our products are handmade. Each piece should be handled, cleaned and stored with care to ensure its longevity. There may be slight variations in the color, pattern, style that honor the process and add to the beauty & unique quality of each item.
Please note that the vegetable tanned leather handles on our bags will soften and develop a lovely patina with use. We leather condition all handles before attaching.
